Songstress Carolyn Hester learned Los Bibilicos at a song-swapping group in Greenwich Village in the early 1960s. She recorded it on this 1962 LP, best known today for Bob Dylan's harmonica playing on several tracks. It is the first example of a Ladino song on a mainstream pop release.
